This policy covers only our corporate website and the communication you establish with us by email.

Hukukcu.ai and LegalEnglishTR have their own privacy policies. When you use those products, the policy of the relevant product applies.

This website has no user accounts, contact forms, cookies or visitor analytics tools. The data processed is limited to the following:

Server logs. When you visit the site, your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the requested page and your browser information are recorded automatically by our hosting provider.
Contact data. When you email us, your name, email address and the information you share in your message are processed.

Keeping the website secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Responding to your questions and requests. Legal basis: establishment of a right and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-e and 5/2-f).

This website does not use cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our pages contain no third-party advertising or tracking code.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Data is shared only with the hosting and email service providers we use, to the extent required by the service. The servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye. In that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Data may be shared with competent authorities upon their lawful request.

07Retention

Server logs are kept for the limited period set by the service provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to conclude your request and to meet our legal obligations, and is then deleted.

08Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set by law
Request that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
Object to an outcome against you that results from analysis by automated systems
Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the data protection law that applies to you.
